Question 1

What happens to my pixels if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

You keep them. Cells you bought outright at $1 each are yours permanently — cancelling never takes them away. What pauses is the plan’s share of the space and the paid features on your page. Your handle stays yours, your styling is kept exactly as you left it, and it all comes back the moment you resubscribe.

Question 2

Is the free plan really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it isn’t a trial. You get a handle, a live page, three links, a pixel on the wall and a week of visit stats, for as long as you want it. No card, no expiry.

Question 3

What’s the difference between a plan and buying cells?

Accepted Answer

A plan rents you space and switches on what the page can do — bigger blocks, more links, better analytics, your own branding. Buying cells at $1 each is a one-off purchase of permanent property: those cells are yours whether or not you keep a plan, and they add to whatever your plan already gives you. Most people start with a plan; people who want a specific large spot buy cells.

Question 4

Should I pay monthly or annually?

Accepted Answer

Annual is cheaper on every tier — the saving is shown on each card when you switch the toggle. Monthly is there if you’d rather not commit; you can move between them whenever you like.

Question 5

Can I change plan later?

Accepted Answer

Any time, in both directions. Upgrading takes effect immediately and your saved styling switches on by itself. Downgrading keeps everything stored — the page just shows less of it until you upgrade again.

Question 6

Do I keep my handle?

Accepted Answer

Always. Your handle is attached to your account, not your plan, and it stays yours through a downgrade, a cancellation and a dormant piece.

Question 7

Is “unlimited links” really unlimited?

Accepted Answer

There’s a hard ceiling of 50 links per page, which exists to stop a page becoming a link farm rather than to limit anyone — no real bio page gets near it. Below that, on Billboard and Landmark, add as many as you like.

Question 8

What currency am I charged in, and what about tax?

Accepted Answer

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout runs through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record — so VAT and sales tax are calculated and handled for you at the point of payment, wherever you are.

Question 9

I claimed a piece before plans existed. What happens to me?

Accepted Answer

You keep everything your piece already unlocked, permanently. Pieces from before the change carry a frozen entitlement that a plan can only add to, never take away.
